Churches in Albuquerque are as diverse as its' culture. Due to the settlement of the Spaniards in the 1500's which is true in most of the Southwest, the dominant faith is Catholic. However, there is an open arm policy - it opens its arms to anyone travelling down any road of belief. You can even visit the nearby Pueblos and talk to the residents about Native American spirituality or attend their festivities.
