City of Rio Rancho, 3900 Southern Blvd., Suite 206, Rio Rancho / 896-8715 Unlike the City of Albuquerque, the City of Rio Rancho bills you for water and sewer, while Waste Management bills for refuse. The refuse bill charges for 6 months of service at a time and runs about $10/month. The City of Rio Rancho will charge a $50 deposit for new water & sewer service, unless you can provide them with a Letter of Credit for prior service. Waste
